Very dynamic work environment, many interesting projects. Leading telco company in Macedonia, definitely one of the best companies in Macedonia to work in.
Cons
A little bit robust organization resulting to inability to make fast changes and to adapt on the ever changing market conditions. Too many tiers into the hierarchy and too many chiefs, this definitely jeopardizes agility and flexibility.
