Events with food and drinks Depending of the department you work in, your manager might look after you and some might put you down

Cons

Lack of leadership Chaotic environment Fake culture They are using employees to reach targets or end projects and then let them go If the manager likes someone, they get away with anything, the rest struggle to be treated equally They care about mental health only on paper
