      You could tell they really care about their employees. Beautiful campus and great work environment.

      Cons

      When moving up in the company, salary doesn't increase as much as it should. Also, they expect you to join specialized teams and handle complex things without any incentives to do so.

      good training, opportunities to follow interests

      Cons

      Work load expectations are unreasonable. Too many projects in the pipeleine at once, so all tend to sufffer from lack of resources and focus. Culture has devolved over past 10 years. A lot of new management coming on board willing to give lip service to principals, but trade off goes to looking good for higher management
