      Pros

      People here are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Especially compared to some other finance firms. Nice tooling for engineers which makes managing infrastructure and deployments quite easy. Management seems reasonable, maybe besides slight obsession with ESG/DEI.

      Cons

      Promotions may require a bit of office politics, probably like at most places.

      Supportive leadership, great people and culture across the globe.

      Cons

      Culture does not reward higher performers financially. This is a US based firm and late night meetings are common when based in APAC, life balance can be difficult and additional compensation should applied to motivate and acknowledge APAC leaders.
