Great people. Opportunities for mentorship and diverse business resource groups. Employees care about each other and strive to do right for clients.

Cons

Culture is shifting to focus solely on the bottom line with what feels like less respect and consideration for loyal employees. Senior leadership is inconsistent regarding effectiveness.

Nice buildings, Lunches, Snacks etc.

Cons

-cutting staff, increasing workload and OT, while making in person meetings that are hours long mandatory. Very strict about meetings that frankly most associates aren't concerned about as it only adds to the workload -company hasn't been receptive to people working full time at home; need to catch up with the times -very easy to get stuck in a role or a level for decades. Working hard, going above and beyond, endless OT, etc, isn't impressive enough for this company -performance based raises can potentially be nice for a select few , but since a given level has a salary cap and since it's extremely difficult to move up in the company, then performance raises only goes so far for so long.

Smart, thoughtful colleagues who genuinely care about each other. Team environment with flexibility.

Cons

Culture has negatively changed over the last few years. Used to care more about employee welfare, but now they care more about the stockholders. Everyone is burnt out and struggling to stay afloat. It's really sad. I used to think that I'd work here until I retired. Now, after 15 years, I don't think that will be the case.
