      Very good benefits. Personal bonus, company bonus, high 401k match, great health insurance and other benefits.

      Cons

      Work environment can be very dependent on team that you are on. People do tend to stay a long time which can also lead to a lot of group thinking and resistance to change. Not big on remote or hybrid work.
