While T. Rowe Price may currently be experiencing some tough times, it is still a fantastic place to start and build a career. The benefits are excellent and the people are top-notch. Opportunities for growth, development, and promotion all exist for those who work hard and invest in the company goals.

Cons

Don't plan to spend your whole career there. As soon as you get to a certain level, you become expendable.

Innovation is slow Baltimore office does not understand intl business. People are nice but stuck in their ways change is not understood for growth of the firm or them, individually. Clients are essential but at the detriment of their employees. If your employees are happy, the clients will be too. Basically they bend over backwards for the client, but the employee will suffer to appease. So there is no Trowe cultural moral of clients.
