      Pros

      DEI is very important and it's clear from the top down. Inclusivity and T. Rowe "NICE" is ever present.

      Cons

      We are a small office of people so not as much connectivity as Baltimore and Colorado Springs location. There are not as many job opportunities here as in other places.
