      Gone Downhill

      Pros

      Investment team is full of smart and hardworking people. Amazing brand in the industry. Great work life balance and flexibility. Travel is nice and there are opportunities to connect globally.

      Cons

      Distribution team is lazy and terrible. Some are rarely in the office. Senior sales staff lack integrity and accountability. There's one in particular that is the most manipulative and deceitful person I've ever encountered in my life.
