      Pros

      Genuinely some nice people. No constant fire culture My ratings are neutral because it depends on what you are looking for.

      Cons

      A lot of long term employees which is not bad in and of itself but some complacency has set in and if you are not in that group it can be tough to break in. Quite a but of silent / behind closed doors toxicity. Very slow to change.
