      Pros

      I really enjoyed the people I worked with and what I learned. The internship program was also great because I was able to meet other people my age who were doing similar internships.

      Cons

      Overall, I think the experience was great. If anything more opportunities could have been presented for different areas of work.

      Pros

      T. Rowe is a great company, especially for those starting out. They'll help you get your licensing and know-how. Management is very approachable. Great employee health programs.

      The health insurance premiums offered by the company have gone up a lot recently.

      Pros

      Stable company with very few lay offs and they do a lot of work with the community and ask for volunteers for a variety of things.

      Cons

      No balance between family life and work, the pay is very low compared to other mutual fund companies, and its hard to advance to other positions.
