Cons
They do not comply with DOT, fmsca or MN labor department regulations, including drug testing and hauling oversize loads. They do not provide necessary safety equipment for their trucks including scales even after multiple requests and then blame the employee for hauling oversized loads even though there is no way of knowing how much they weigh. They do not at all support you as an employee. Management is extremely unprofessional and will frequently raise her voice and hang up on you mid conversation. If you try to call in when you child is sick they tell you it is "not an option", which is also illegal. They do not allow PTO in the summer for the male employees. This company just really has no integrity or ethics.
