Pros

Hands down, the hardest working, most professional, dedicated co-workers I have ever had the opportunity to work with throughout my career. Employees consistently go above and beyond their standard job descriptions and, above all else, will always to what is right for the client. Small company, with a small company feel.

Cons

As an employee, T-System has been on a steady decline since April 2010, when an investment firm made a significant investment. Along with the investment came a significant number of layoffs and executive leadership changes. Although difficult, the majority of employees remained optimistic that the changes would be positive ones. Time has proven otherwise. Examples: appointment of ineffective leaders into executive positions, increased working hours with no incentives, an over-all low salary compared to similar vendors, stripping of many employee perks, and poor working environment. There has been a steady stream of long-time employees resigning over the past 6 months and very few have been hired to replace the vacancies (except for the hiring of several more executive titles, of course...The "Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians" effect). There has also been a significant reduction in the clinical expertise representation at the company, which is extremely important being an EMR. Several people who were hired after the investment have already left the company due to feeling misled about their working hours, travel expectations, etc. The company is more than aware of the employee dissatisfaction, and has apparently chosen to not address it. When issues and concerns have been brought to HR and individual executive leaders by several people on more than one occasion, no follow-up has been performed. Bottom-line: more than likely the company will be sold within the next year and has no real stability at the moment. If you are considering employment here, proceed extremely cautiously.
