Good experience, some growing pains after equity investment, but that is more due to people who can't adapt.

Pros

The company needed to "grow up" and this frustrated many employees. In the end the moves are calculated and like any company not everything is perfect. However I like working for this company and have enjoyed the transition to better accountability that a mature company needs to embrace. T-System provides the flexibility to find ways to get things done that are outside of the box.

Cons

Depending on what department you work for, mileage will vary on this helpfulness of this review, but that is true in most places.

I worked directly for the VP Sales who is a great guy and very professional.

Cons

Some growing pains with new acquisitions - but still not that bad.
