I wish there were something I could write down.

Cons

It had no structure to begin with, and people who didn’t know what they were doing started “organizing” things — no wonder it’s been a disaster since day one. And on top of that, they’re obsessed with office politics. I’ve never seen so many disciplinary hearings and people being pushed out in any company I’ve worked for.
