      Pros

      Great management, company culture, casual dress code, option to work from home. Lots of room for growth in your career!

      Cons

      Heavy workload at times, but overtime is offered and your extra efforts never go unnoticed by your peers and supervisors. Team members are eager to help each other. Insurance premiums are high for family plans. Maternity leave could be greatly improved- only 6 weeks of short term disability. If you want more time off, you must use PTO/Sick Time.

      Pros

      I came in with little experience and I have been so supported and set up to be successful. They are always making sure our personal goals are being met. They are a fast paced growing company that would be easy to get lost within, however they all take the time to get to know you and support where they can.

      Cons

      Again, fast paced if you are not up for an ever changing or quick moving company this is probably not the place for you. If you are not comfortable asking questions or pitching new ideas you might get overwhelmed with how things flow.

      Growing fast, needing to have bench in place for new positions and markets. No cons as far as employment, you want to be here!
