Work vehicle are nice but that’s really it

Quite literally everything else. Hours are ridiculous, expectations, pay, work to life balance, you think of it it’s definitely a con about wonderful TAK communications.

Great at first until you’re there for a few months.

Cons

Honestly not suprised no one stays employed for more than 8 months. Management is HORRIBLE. They create such a hostile work environment where all the employees are constantly on their toes worried about getting fired. Careful not to get on Hrs bad side because they will make it their mission to get you out of there with no explanations needed.
