Mandatory six days Inconsistent work Long hours (You can work a 14 hour day and make no money or Very minimal pay) Just because you’re in the field doesn’t mean you’re making money Extremely low piece rate( production divided by how many hours you work equals hourly pay) minimum $12 an hour
