TAK cares about it's employees and customers, and it shows. We strive everyday to improve our customers experience by offering the best service and solutions. Employees are provided with training courses to help improve their knowledge and skill set. Employees are also recognized for their dedication, in which we receive awards, bonuses, great benefits, weekly PTO accrual etc. I love it here!!! :)

They do give you a car.

Cons

Literally no training for the new people. They get thrown onto the field and pushed to do things that they honestly don’t have to do. Also zero regards to the own employees safety. It could be having a snow storm or tornado and you’ll be forced to work.
