Pay is good when work load is there. flexible schedule

Cons

If there is a problem they are quick to blame you If you mess up they don’t have your back they will suspend you in a heart beat even if it’s not your fault. They will try to get you to admit to things that happen on a job that you didn’t do so they have someone they can blame so they don’t look bad you do. Supervisors are not the best communicators and you will deal with a lot of hostile customers and they lie and say you didn’t do something when you did witch will get you in truble anyway and you don’t even get a paycheck for 3 weeks from your start date and you have to buy your own tools also the Head people don’t take ownership of their own mistakes and they’re quick to put the blame on someone else other than them and the company because they don’t want to look bad .

TAK Broadband Response

TAK does provide all the tools and safety equipment you need, including a vehicle and gas. If anything else is ever needed to get the job done, you only have to ask.
