The people you work with are ok

The wage is not what it appears. Its hard to explain. You will be told our guys make from 18-26 / hour. That is correct the way its figured. You are required to log in and out when you finish a job. The production pay for a job might be 50.00 and it takes you 30 minutes to complete. So your blended rate is 25.00 / hr. It looks like you make 25/hr BUT its the only job you received today.... Nothing dishonest and its all correct... just miss leading

Really unfair system for paying the extra money beside the hourly. They lie to you at first saying you can make a $18/hr but they only pay you $12/hr and they barely pay the other things they are supposed to

Money to be made during busy season through long hours and overtime.

Terrible Communication from Regional Management. Was underpaid for several months with excuses made weekly on rate negotiation. No room for promotion unless your family. Workplace politics sought to undermine and oust those they did not like through outright lies, post work site sabotage. Grievances fall on deaf ears and bonuses went unpaid into the owners pockets. Bribes are offered to the local broadband company QC officers to ensure they got the contracts and ratings they need. Issued equipment for use was often sub-par, unsafe, and out of spec. Had little regard for the safety of their techs during inclement weather (all seasons). Avoid this company at all cost.
