      Pros

      Amazing coworkers, take home vehicles, no one looking over your shoulder.

      Cons

      Bad training, and $11 an hour training pay ( 4 weeks) is really hard to swallow !

      Pros

      I love the fact that this is a company that started out small with family and friends and has grown and keeps growing, but still has the small family company feel. They care about their employees as if we are all family! TAK shares their success with their employees by giving great pay, fair raises, bonuses, and the opportunity to advance and grow in their company. I was promoted after only 9 months. I finally found where I belong and I'm very happy to grow with this company and have a career where I feel I make a difference and I matter! TAK also cares about your family outside of work and they are very understanding and flexible when you need them to be.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that there is a very, very busy season and then a slower time of year. So we work a lot during the busy season, however the upside is the overtime pay. Not sure this is really a con after all.
