they are a awesome company to work for they will teach you anything to know about are trade and very friendly people to work with they also give you the chance to move up in the company

I have to be honest I really don't think there are cons to working for are company some may say long hours but that's any good job

Pros

I work for this company for many years. Is a great stepping stone into a career path. Is it good job to come into if you want to go to start out into the cable industry and you want to make decent money. The management means well and I do believe has the best intentions. We focus on your tech which is amazing, would you take the time to notice that the technicians are where the money begins and ends and that without them this company would not survive. The benefits package they offer is a step in the right direction as far better off than when I started. The company does offer an amazing amount of growth.

Cons

What is amazing that the company realizes that the techs are the heart and soul of the company, the company forgets about the people that run the Techs the people that come in early in the morning and stay late Into the Night. The people that receive the criticism when things don't go right and almost none of the praise and things to do. The people that are so overloaded with responsibilities and work more hours to make the company successful and yet struggle to pay their bills. The majority of the management staff right down to the supervisors love this company myself included we try hard to be successful in what we do and received little compensation for it most of us do it out of pride I know I myself do it out of pride, at the end of the day what is it for? Some days I lay in bed dreading my alarm going off just to go to a place that I do love to listen to techs complain about a job they hate they work for a company that they hate they don't think they make enough, and that nobody cares for them, when it is the exact opposite the supervisors work for selfish technicians that we don't do enough for them and we work for management and corporate that thinks you don't do enough, then come home to a family that feels abandoned because you have to work more than you get to be home there is no balance the family and work. This company ask for everything from you with almost little to no return. Nobody that's a dedicated employee should ever have to choose between groceries and rent, or family.

Pros

Fun work environment. Paid weekly. Rapidly growing company that never loses sight that their employees are what make the company great. Production based technicians - the harder you work the more you make! No need to work extra hours, just work hard during the hours you work!

Cons

Some growing pains which is typical of any successful business. Executive leadership is very in touch and rapidly adjusts to those pains.
