While TAK is still a growing company, they are taking all of the right approaches to help our employees be as successful as they can be. TAK was built by a family and still understands that family is important in all of our employees, work/life balance remains a top priority which is very important to me.

Cons

A growing company comes with growing pains, but TAK is down the right path for a bright future.

The wage is not what it appears. Its hard to explain. You will be told our guys make from 18-26 / hour. That is correct the way its figured. You are required to log in and out when you finish a job. The production pay for a job might be 50.00 and it takes you 30 minutes to complete. So your blended rate is 25.00 / hr. It looks like you make 25/hr BUT its the only job you received today.... Nothing dishonest and its all correct... just miss leading
