Pros

Company's #1 core value is Honesty and Integrity, at the chairman of the board level is where it stops...everything below is corrupt, crooked. Every one i worked with says the same thing, but the money is good, has long has you can stand the politics.....Don't expect to be treated like a human, cause you won't be......forget family life, all the hours, you won't hardly see your family....

Cons

CEO paints a pretty picture in there home town...get outside of town a whole different story, not pretty at all...They like to have fill in blank, field days with job restructures. Alot of employees getting way over payed for there abilities, education....how they make money outside of the shingle plants...will blow you away......

Pros

Great profit sharing. Decent pay for entry-level college graduates. Company wide events, such as picnics, trips and luncheons. CEO is a pretty alright guy as he is active in the community, founder of a private school, and donates time and money to many charities.

Cons

No feedback. Rarely promotions. Six Sigma sometimes overtakes common logic. Horrible yearly raises. Lots of lawyers=lots of politics. Lots of chiefs with too few indians in many departments.
