      Pros

      Great discounts on tires and services. Management is forward-thinking and dedicated to the company’s continual improvement and success. There are lots of learning and career development opportunities here as well. Overall it has been a positive experience so far.

      We didn't feel valued

      Pros

      I had bright and talented co-workers who were always willing to lend a hand.

      Cons

      Most of the employees here share sentiments with me. We all didn't feel like the management valued us. We rarely receive any support from the managers, and there was no proper mentorship system in place to guide the employees and for us to grow and learn. The company also offers below-average salaries compared to its competitors.
