      Job is interesting, and some friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      The managers think that they are the only ones who deserve respect becaue of their position. They never show respect to the employees like they were never in that same position before they became managers. It's a big question to me how they were even there, because it doesn't look like they deserved it.

      It's still a job that gives regular paycheck.

      Cons

      Working here is a dead end for your career. You might be stagnant if you work here for long. There's no career growth and no learning opportunities present. If you just want a stable job that pays, this will be perfect for you. But you're like me who want to grow my career, don't ever settle here.
