This company definitely has the willingness to invest in people. There is a lot of opportunity to grow your career and advance through the company as long as you are the type to take ownership your career development and be vocal. Great atmosphere and great potential to become an industry leaders

Cons

There are a lot of different brands that make up the company, which makes it difficult for the company to develop a consistent message/culture/identity

Great company to work for. I have an 8 to 5 schedule and a great work/life balance. My manager is great and very understanding.

Cons

Pay is extremely poor. The average salary for my position is much higher on salary.com.
