Pros
TBC really cares about their employees. Real family atmosphere and great perks. Employees are put on "career paths" so growth is attainable. Great culture and working conditions.
Cons
Recently (2012) acquired several companies, laid off many of the aquired companies' ermployees in an effort to consolidate and relocate corporate functions to main headquarters and didn't add additional staff at headquarters so things were very hectic for a while. Things may have improved by now.
