      High Turnover

      Pros

      401k plan was good here.

      Cons

      The employee turnover was high here. The management doesn't seem to give a though about the situation. Another main concern was the pressure of deadlines. The management was quite ruthless during tough times.

      Unfair treatment

      Pros

      Family atmosphere with dedicated professional coworkers.

      Cons

      Managers here spend lot of time talking about the employees behind their back and intrude in their personal life which then is told to the owner who uses it against you. They are very much favored here instead of the employees who are faithfully working and making this company profitable.

      Incompetent Senior Management and poor communication with employees. There is no accountability for poor performance, poor decisions; unless, of course, you're not part of the cult of nepotism - then it matters. Be careful if you are looking to join here as a long term career move.
