      Pros

      Very dedicated and hardworking group of staff. There are a lot of perks like discounts on good quality auto parts, competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. It’s a great opportunity, quite a few of the district managers started as sales associates, they believe in developing associates and promoting from within.

      For the most part the ream under me was a great team

      Cons

      Favoritism as to who was placed in positions due to being friends with upper management rather than skill level. If you did not agree with tge director (who is pretty much clueless) you are doomed
