      They simply do not know how to lead

      Pros

      The salary offered to me is decent. Also, most of my co-workers are nice and supportive.

      Cons

      The current set of managers are incapable of leading this company and the employees. They do not know how to lead to the people. They do not know how to listen to our feedback and complaints. They do not know how to handle conflicts and misunderstandings between employees and within the workplace. They do know how to set realistic goals and expectations and have a clear vision. They simply do not know how to lead.

      Managers are caring and supportive.

      Pros

      A great workplace to learn and master new skills. Hand-on experience. Tasks are distributed fairly. Expectations are clear. I know what I should focus on and what is expected of me. The job pays well. Benefits are offered (health insurance, 401k, and more).

      Cons

      Busy schedule. Workload is tough but manageable.
