      Pros

      A good placeholder when you're in between jobs because it's still a job that regularly paid my bills and put food on the table.

      Cons

      I quit working here because I felt that all the efforts were rarely recognized. They failed to make employees feel that what they were doing mattered. It was very demotivating.

      Employees are just a clock number

      Pros

      At the time, great people to work with. Pay is fair and benefits are fair.

      Cons

      Management needs replaced due to their lack of concern for their employees. They belittle and force staff into 12+ hours days with no support and no care of your health or family. Unless you want to work 70 hours a week and have no life, stay away from this location.

      People and culture are great

      Pros

      Good direct managers, they make sure that their people get all the support they need. Employees are nice to work with no matter where you are in the shop. Able to be very honest with management. They know how to listen and act on feedback.

      Sales and results driven, can be stressful
