      Pros

      WFH 4 days a week due to covid for staff. Co-workers are generally nice and easy to get along with. New office is clean with coffee and teas in the breakrooms. Job is easy since tech is a decade old.

      Cons

      The IT senior leader has been in seat for many years and has stagnated IT systems and development for almost 8 years. Much of the tech strategy is not well thought out and is usually a rapid short sided response to a problem that has existed for years. There is limited professional growth or development and many people stay because there are no demands except to keep the lights on. Senior Manager meeting is held bi-weekly but the Sr. leadership does not attend, this is very frustrating for the team.

      Attempts to remain innovative and listen to the employees desires for career movement making it a great place to cross-train skillsets and grow in your career.

      Cons

      Communication in some departments is lackluster and management styles are not consistent across the organization which can create morale issues
