      Pros

      The compensation was okay here, and they always gave the salary on time. That's the only positive O can come up with at the moment

      Cons

      The company was growing, and so the workload also grew by a lot. The management was very ruthless when it came to assigning work and getting it done by pushing the employees. Too much pushing from the management was one reason why many of the employees quit the company. I felt exhausted every day due to the excess workload.

      Not a good company to work for

      Pros

      The relationships you build with your coworkers, that aren't management, will last forever.

      Cons

      Horrible culture and incompetent leadership in some areas. Managers are quick to blame employees when they can't lead. Workloads are overbearing. There is no accountability. They don't know what they want and direction is constantly changing impacting people's roles. They are not concerned about employee benefits and well being. Stay away. Not a good company to work for.
