      At TBC the best thing is the co-workers

      Cons

      Very political and highschoolish as far as management goes. Tons of gossip behind backs to their employees. Management also doesn't take any employee suggestions seriously

      Better than some, worse than others

      "Decent" benefits; if you know somebody you're more likely to get a promotion

      Cons

      If you do hard work and don't put in effort to have your work acknowledged, someone else will take credit for it; a lot of family members work at the company, so feels like a lot of nepotism (whether it happens or not)

      Pros

      TBC is a wonderful company with incredible opportunities. My training period was very nice where I got to work under industry experts. There are timely promotions here. Many people who started their career in sales are now holding administrative positions in the company. No complaints about compensation or other benefits! Every year and with each raise, my pay has been significantly increased. Overall, everything is going good.

      You may have long working hours but flexible shifts make it up.
