Good balance between family and work. Retiring plan. Health insurance.

Old fashioned way of managing the company. Dress code in IT department. Lack of communication.

Pros

The wages at TC were competitive. The flexible work day, culture, half-day Fridays, great benefits and ok pension are all perks, vacation could use a boost. The employees are great. Fantastic training. Lots of fun projects, if you know the right people.

Cons

A little more communication. Some great people leave due to a communication breakdown. If you offer to mentor a junior colleague, don't ghost them. If you have a "women in TC" event, why have most never been invited?
