They are a good company to start with. They motivate and work with you to reach your goals, as long as they too share those goals. Follow the rules and you are fine.

Cons

Movement from one department to another is difficult. Hours shifts a lot which is hard with families.

Really Good medical Benefits and pay, 6 Days off in a row a month

Cons

When your working dont expect much of a social life, 12 hr rotating shifts, 6 days on shift in a row a month. Dirty, messy job. Not for the squimish
