Pros

People are so great, great conditions. We work on amazing projects and we have a lot of fun too. I think what is the most important is have fun at the job. Also, we have a beautiful reputation in the market, so when I tell people that I'm working here, everybody wants to come and join us :-)

Cons

If you work in a media environnement, everyday is challenging. But that is so stimulating. It's definitely not boring!
