its not a big corporation, therefore you can learn a lot of different things of the industry/ i.e. wear different hats in a way. HR listens to employees and tries to work with them. More freedom, flexibility of work, good work and life balance

Cons

you have to be able to work independently (this can be a pro and a con for some); can get chaotic
