Pros

A couple of very talented employees over the years that were great to work with.

Cons

High turnover, toxic and cliquish environment, total lack of management talent, pointlessly vindictive HR, no 401K matching, health insurance way too high, and nobody seems to want to be in the office ever.

Pros

Really relaxed atmosphere, dress down on a daily basis. Very young employees which gives it a startup atmosphere.

Cons

Management is young and not very experienced. There is no structure anywhere, no processes, no organizational structure. Salaries are significantly below the average for Indianapolis which creates turnover and bad morale. Titles are handed out like candy with no rationale for why some people have them.

Some good people, especially in HR and Recruiting. Decent salary reflective of market value.

Cons

Owner not subject to HR accountability and way to involved, in stifiling fashion, with the workings of projects. Very stifiling environment filled with nepotism.
