There are so many pros to name off that this company offers. This has been my first full time job and I have been here going on 3 years now. They take care of their employees. They offer full benifets, which is hard to come by these days. They also throw us employee apprication days, which are amazing. Also, the people that work here are always so friendly; we are really like a giant family. We are very active in our community always doing volunteer work. I never started doing volunteer work until I started working here. This company is great to work for because you can help be a part of a business that is growing every day and you get to experience amazing things you can't get anywhere else.

Cons

If you are a work driven person, this company is for you. Sometimes moving up is not that easy, but there is always someone there to help you out.

Pros

Moorehead Communications is an amazing company work for. The whole company is like one giant family! We all look out for eachother and help eachother out when needed! I look forward coming to my job every day! The best thing is, I actually feel comfortable here, not only with my co-workers, but with my managers and supiriors. Scott has his own way of making his employees feel appreciated with things such as employee appreciation day, concert tickets, FREE gymprizes, contests, holiday parties, and being able to wear casual clothes! Moorehead is a wonderful company to work for! Full of laughter and hospitality!

Cons

There is not very many cons about working at Moorehead. One con is that we no longer have the amazing food truck for lunches if we would. To be honest, I sat at my computer typing the Con section out and I found myself going to the Pro's section to add more things to it!!

Promote success, offers additional training opportunities for employee growth, paid time off, bereavement pay, jury duty pay, monthly gift certificates for exercising at our very own GYM! The Moorehead Family has also match dollar for dollar on fundraisers for Care Packages for Troops overseas during Christmas! The Moorehead CEO, VP's, Family provide exceptional leadership, support, compassion, and appreciation towards employees! We have an excellent 401 PLAN where they match up to 4%, Moorehead Foundation Committee, Christmas Committee, and more. We have a yearly Employee Appreciation Day and President Club Vacation trip which is rewarded to many Top Performers within the Company for doing an exceptional job the prior year! This is not just a career to expand our knowledge in the best sales industry but it is also a 2nd home for myself and many other employees’! When you look forward to going to work daily and being challenged to continue your growth as an individual and amongst a team base it is an honor to be a part of such an amazing family and group of employees!!!

Cons

The only opportunity I wish we did have is at least 6 weeks of paternity leave for new mothers that have been employeed at Moorehead for at least a year!!!
