      Great people to work with

      Pros

      TCG has given me an opportunities to be part of a great team. The company’s leadership is always willing to listen and wants to hear employees ideas. My biggest surprise or wow factor, was during orientation where I got an opportunity to chat with the President of the company one on one for two hours. The company is growing, and the future looks bright. Senior management is approachable and personable, as their Happiness Committee is always interested in providing great value to their employees, making it a great place to work. They were awarded a number of awards from Top Work Place, Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation and many more (see tag.com) Benefits are pretty standard health/dental/vision and 401k. TCG also invest in their employees training program, wellness and incentives, like bonus rewards, employee amenities and monthly sprees

      Cons

      Cons Based on my time at TCG and being a member of HDI there is nothing negative I can personally identify as a “cons”, as this company has met all my expectations. Every quarter there is an All Hands On Deck meeting, where we are updated on the progress of projects.

      Not Your Average Consulting Company!

      Pros

      Welcoming and Positive minded co-workers and Management. Emphasis on work-life balance while still successfully completing projects. Every employee is recognized, valued and appreciated ( there is a HAPPINESS Department!!)

      Federal consulting comes with its own set of risk - but which job doesn't?

      We like that our folks are Positively Distinct! As with all industries, federal contracting does have its risks. The management team tries to do as much as possible to get ahead of those risks and has mitigation plans that help insulate TCGers from the worst of it.
