      1) Work Life Balance - Managers are increasingly aware of the importance of promoting a healthy work-life balance for employees, which increases job satisfaction. 2) Multiple opportunities - At least one is sure to fit your career goals, needs, and wants. 3) Great leadership - They believe in you and are actionable in ensuring you have what you need to be successful. 4) Excellent salary and benefits - Salary is comparable to your skills and education. Multiple benefits, to include medical, dental, 401(k), and more.

      Cons

      None that I can think of and I've been with the company for almost 10 years.

      Pros

      For a small/mid-size company, TCG offers several opportunities and projects for its employees. As a federal contractor, TCG provides the right balance of collaboration and support to its employees while empowering them to drive their work. Leadership and management are very positive and encourage a friendly, supportive environment for employees. In addition, TCG offers several education/training benefits.

      Cons

      Benefits (health insurance costs, transit compensation etc.) could be better. However, TCG is often open to working with employees to adjust/meet somewhere in the middle on specific needs.

      Pros

      The CEO and all leaders of the company are very open, honest and personable. I enjoyed working there because of the family feeling. It really felt like they cared about the employees as a whole. They have hired wonderful and talented people to work on their contracts. Whenever there is an issue with employment or performance, they address it right away. They are very good at getting to the bottom of things, while maintaining and keeping discretion. I was able to grow professionally at this company. I learned a lot while I was there and am glad I had the opportunity to work for TCG.

      Cons

      The contracts are for the Federal Government, who tend to be behind in technology in many ways . It often takes a lot of time to implement new concepts.
