Pros
The CEO and all leaders of the company are very open, honest and personable. I enjoyed working there because of the family feeling. It really felt like they cared about the employees as a whole. They have hired wonderful and talented people to work on their contracts. Whenever there is an issue with employment or performance, they address it right away. They are very good at getting to the bottom of things, while maintaining and keeping discretion. I was able to grow professionally at this company. I learned a lot while I was there and am glad I had the opportunity to work for TCG.
Cons
The contracts are for the Federal Government, who tend to be behind in technology in many ways . It often takes a lot of time to implement new concepts.
