Everything. You’re expected to work 24/7. If you don’t answer a call or text in the middle of the night, you get ripped for it the next day. Constantly working and answering calls/texts on the weekends. Even after your shift ends, you’re expected to carry a work phone around and answer calls/texts till you go to bed. Couldn’t even watch a movie with my family on a Saturday without my phone blowing up non stop from cry baby drivers tattling on each other. You’re also expected to do basically everything, payroll, safety, recruiting, coaching, customer service, weekly presentations to upper management, all while getting paid crap. Which makes no sense considering there is a payroll department, safety dept. , recruiting department, but yet it’s also your responsibility? You don’t want to work here i promise you that. There’s a reason they’re so understaffed.
