Pros

TCI treats employees with respect and values their time. You feel a part of a team from day one. I worked with TCI for 5 years, as one of my clients, before the opportunity came to work directly for TCI. Was an easy decision to make to come on board when offered the chance. The values are present every day. Compensation, schedule, workload all positive.

Cons

Some of the training could use revamped.
