      Pros

      TCI is a growth minded family owned company! I started as a Dedicated Operations Manager in 2019. Executive leadership recognized my contributions and I have been able to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Health benefits for the employee only is comparable with other employers but family health benefits are on the high side.

      Management genuinely cares and wants you to grow Opportunity to advance Work is recognized You feel valued and an important part of the team

      Cons

      Insurance, but TCI pays for a big portion of it so its ok.
