Working directly with owners. Flexible schedule. Your input matters with this company

Cons

Their customers are very hard to work with. Upper management and sales tend to side with the customer, even though it may not make sense in any way, shape, or form. A “just get it done” attitude with limited resources to actually get it done.

No set start time. Have to ask for vacation 2 weeks in advance and it can take up to the day prior to figure out if you got the day off. Benefits aren’t the greatest.
