1) You will learn a lot about Capital Markets and Finance in general 2) You will deal with a few clients who have been trading for a long term and from whom you can learn a lot. 2) Very flexible work hours 3) If love the markets and trading in general it's a great place to work

Pros

Lots of responsibilities and opportunities to learn and grow. Great coworkers and atmosphere make it an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are there, but take far too long. The hours are horrible to match the pathetic wages (probably one of the worst in the business). The company hemorrhages employees. Policies change so fast nobody is sure what is the company wide standard.

I think that the Knowledge you gain and the learning experience is the best part of working for Td bank.

Cons

The sales goals are very hard and strict and the pay is not where it should be for the amount of work that needs to be completed.
